A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM M-1 TO C-3 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 301 North "A"
Street, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
LOTS 1-13JKDOM570&
LOTS 5 - 8 RM CONT 3.437A.
as an M-1 Light Industrial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a C-3 Central Business District in order to create uniform zoning among the
adjoining lots in the area.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an C-3 Central
Business District.
Passed and Adopted this 7th day of
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
