A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM M-1 TO C-3 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property located at the Northwest Corner of 2" d
Street and Johnson Street, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
60 X 135 FT & 40 X 135 FT N 2ND ST 0 M 163 & PT VAC
ALLEY 61 x 134 FT SW SEC 32-14-1.
as an M-1 Light Industrial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a C-3 Central Business District in order to create uniform zoning among the
adjoining parcels in the area.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation on the above described property is changed to a C-3 Central Business
District.
