HomeMy Public PortalAbout039-2004 - Zoning - Amending the zoning mapORDINANCE 39-2004 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM A-1 TO A-1 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2031 Highland Road, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit: 2031 Highland Road —PT NE Section 21-14-1, 8, Parcel #016-01531-00, PT NE Section 21-14-1 1.2 A Parcel #016- 01531-01. as an A-1 Agricultural District; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to an A-1 Special Use District in order to allow Richmond Power and Light to place a substation on the property. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an A-1 Special Use District. Passed and Adopted this 6th day of Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
