HomeMy Public PortalAbout041-2004 - Zoning - Amending the zoning mapORDINANCE 41-2004 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE PERMITTING AN ADDITIONAL USE ON A PARCEL PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED AS AN R-3 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT Whereas, Common Council previously approved Ordinance 27-2004, changing the zoning designation for the real property commonly known as 3225 East Main Street and more particularly described as: 3225 East Main Street — Lots 68 & 69 Ravina Park 1 st to an R-3 Special Use District allowing for the property to be used as an Administrative Business Office/Professional Office, provided that the property could only be used as an office for an attorney, accountant, insurance agent, mortgage company, title company or travel agent; and Whereas, it is desirable to amend the restricted uses on the above described real estate to allow the property to be utilized as a day care center. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the permitted uses on the above described property be changed to allow the property to be used as a day care center. Passed and Adopted this 6th day of July 2004, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
