A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR SIX CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM C-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO C-4 GENERAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property, which property is described in
attached Exhibit A, and which property includes the following parcel numbers, as
designated by the Office of Auditor of Wayne County, Indiana:
46-17-400-114.000-16
46-17-400-111.000-16
46-17-400-110.000-16
46-16-3 00-108.000-16
46-16-3 00-109.000-16
46-21-000-104.000-16
as a C-2 Commercial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
C-4 General Business District in order to expand the permitted uses on the
property and to make the zoning designation uniform with adjacent properties.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the above described property is changed to C-4 General Business District.
Passed and Adopted this 15th day of November 12004, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
