HomeMy Public PortalAbout063-2004- DEFEATED - REZONING - 2501-2706 STATE ROAD 227 SOUTHORDINANCE 63-2004 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R 2 TO A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2501 — 2706 State Road 227 South, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit: 2501- PT NE SEC 16-13-1 5.999A 2706 - PT SE SEC 16-13-1 5.07A & 1.012A PT SW NE SEC 16-13-1 0.07A as a R-2 Residential District; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to an A-1 Agricultural District in order to allow the occupant to conduct agricultural and other associated agricultural activities upon the property. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an A-1 Agricultural District.
