A SPECIAL ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO
BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
WHEREAS the Zoning Map designates and describes certain property located at 1824 Chester
Boulevard as R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District and R-4 Multi -Family
Housing; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Commercial P.U.D. District to
allow the real property to be used as a multi -use medical facility and surgery
center.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation of certain property commonly known as 1824 Chester Boulevard, and
more particularly described below is hereby changed to a Commercial P.U.D. District to allow the
property to be used as a multi -use medical facility and surgery center. The Concept Plan is hereby
approved and the Concept Plan and Draft Development Plan will be attached to this Ordinance as
"Exhibit A."
The subject property is more particularly described as:
See "Exhibit B" attached hereto.
Passed and adopted this _7th day of _April 2003 by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana.
