HomeMy Public PortalAbout018-2003 - _Amending the zoning map_ORDINANCE 18-2003 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-3 TO AN R-3 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2221 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, and legally described as follows, to wit: Lots 4, 5, 6, & 7 PS Park. as a R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to R-3 Special Use District, to allow the owner or occupier of said real estate to use the parcel as a "bed and breakfast." NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the above described property is changed to R-3 Special Use District. Passed and Adopted this 19th day of May 2003, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
