A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM R-2 TO R-2 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 1631 Chester
Boulevard, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
Lot Number Nine (9) in Berry Field Subdivision in the
Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 14 North, Range
1 West, as shown on the recorded Plat thereof in Plat Book 7,
page 67, now in the City of Richmond.
as an R-2 One Family District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
an R-2 Single Family Residence Special Use District in order to allow the
occupier to maintain an administrative office building on the premises.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the above described property is changed to an R-2 Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 19th day of May 2003, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
