A SPECIAL ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO
BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes certain property located at the
Southwest corner of South 18'' Street and South `A' Street as R-3 One to
Eight Family Residence District and R-2 One Family Residence District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Residential P.U.D.
District to allow the real property to be used for condominium housing units
(two buildings, each containing three (3) individual condominium units).
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of certain property on the Southwest corner of South
18'' Street and South `A' Street, and more particularly described below is hereby changed to
a Residential P.U.D. District to allow the property to be used as condominium housing units
(two buildings, each containing three (3) individual condominium units). The Concept Plan
is hereby approved and the Concept Plan and Draft Development Plan will be attached to this
Ordinance as "Exhibit A."
The subject property is more particularly described as:
See "Exhibit B" attached hereto.
Passed and adopted this _15th_ day of _September 2003 by the Common Council
of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
