A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM R-2 TO A SPECIAL USE ACCESSORY PARKING AREA
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 115 SW 8fh
Street, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
See "Exhibit A" attached hereto.
as an R-2 Residential District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a
Special Use parking area, as defined in Section 154.41.01.02 of the Richmond
Code, as accessory parking for the property owner's business.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the above described property is changed to a Special Use Accessory Parking District.
Passed and Adopted this 15th day of September 2003, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
