city volunteer firemen from the current rate of $1 to �3 per call.

between the city and the Department of Transportation pertaining to
the maintenance of Highway 214 within the city limits. Carried.

The j�lellsburg City Council f�iet in special session or T�Iay 10, 19°76,
with Mayor Blythe presiding and Councilmen Cordes, Huisman and Haus-
man present.
Purpose of th.e meeting was to consider the reduction of proposed
1976-77 budget to comply with state law. After due discussion, it
was moved by Huisman, 2nd by Cordes to appeal the 9/ limitation and
the clerk was instructed to notify the state appeal board of the
decision® Carried.
Meeting stood adjourned on a motion by Huisman, 2nd by,.rBausman.
