City Manager regarding Sandy transferring her files to the City's finance department for
continued tracking.
Chantel reported that Chris Shook, Chair of the City's Green Team Committee, provided a
comprehensive overview of carbon emissions(CO2) to date per department, goals to reduce
CO2 and suggestions to achieve the goals at the last City Council meeting. The committee
discussed the Green Team's responsibilities versus the CRC's responsibilities. The committee
agreed to have a joint meeting with the Green Team and to invite the City Manager to their
meetings.
Kathryn reported that she has spoken with Deb, President of Tybee Beautification Association
(TBA). They have agreed that TBA will use the sales CRC generates from compost bins and rain
