HomeMy Public PortalAbout2017-021 Resolution Granting Extension of Time to File the Loram First Addition Plat - Amending Resolution No. 2016-102Member Pederson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2017-21 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE LORAM FIRST ADDITION PLAT; AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2016-102 WHEREAS, on December 20, 2016, the city council of the City of Medina adopted Resolution 2016-102, granting preliminary and final plat approval to Medina MotorPlex, LLC (the "Applicant") to subdivide property which is legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the plat was required to be recorded within 120 days or the approval was to be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council, and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an additional extension to meet the terms and conditions of plat approval in order to record the plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The plat shall be recorded by June 19, 2017 or the approval shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council. 2.
