A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEED OF AUDITOR'S PARCEL
2018083 AT THE INTERSECTION OF OAKDALE BOULEVARD AND ELLA AVENUE
Whereas, there is an auditor's parcel of ground at the intersection of Oakdale
Boulevard and Ella Avenue (map attached) that is intended to be public right-of-way;
and,
Whereas, the City needs for formally accept the warranty deed of said auditor's parcel,
Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Tiffin accepts the
attached warranty deed for the auditor's parcel of ground at the intersection of Oakdale
Boulevard and Ella Avenue as public right-of-way.
On this 17th day of October, 2023, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION 2023-070, A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEED OF AUDITOR'S PARCEL 2018083 AT THE
INTERSECTION OF OAKDALE BOULEVARD AND ELLA AVENUE and made a
motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Schnedler.
Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Olney.
Nays: None.
Absent: Orris.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2023-070, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
WARRANTY DEED OF AUDITOR'S PARCEL 2018083 AT THE INTERSECTION OF
OAKDALE BOULEVARD AND ELLA AVENUE to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 17th day of October, 2023.
