A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEED OF LOT C, WOODFIELD
RIDGE — PART 6, AT THE INTERSECTION OF CROELL AVENUE AND IRONWOOD
LANE
Whereas, Lot C, Woodfield Ridge — Part 6, is a parcel of ground at the intersection of
Croell Avenue and Ironwood Lane (map attached) that is intended to be public right-of-
way; and,
Whereas, the City needs for formally accept the warranty deed of said Lot C,
Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Tiffin accepts the
attached warranty deed for the Lot C, Woodfield Ridge — Part 6, at the intersection of
Croell Avenue and Ironwood Lane as public right-of-way.
On this 17th day of October, 2023, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION 2023-071, A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEED OF LOT C, WOODFIELD RIDGE — PART 6, AT
THE INTERSECTION OF CROELL AVENUE AND IRONWOOD LANE and made a
motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Havens.
Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Olney.
Nays: None.
Absent: Orris.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2023-071, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
WARRANTY DEED OF LOT C, WOODFIELD RIDGE — PART 6, AT THE
INTERSECTION OF CROELL AVENUE AND IRONWOOD LANE to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 17th day of October, 2023.
