The last job description request for approval was the Office Assistant I and
II. The motion was made by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner
Gilpen to'approve the job description for Office Assistant I and II. All in
favor. Motion carried.
The Board recessed at 5:25 p.m, to closed session to discuss internal promotion
opportunities. The board returned at 5:38 p.m..
Chairman Litke noted that his term would expire in May 1988 and he had sent a
letter to the City Council requesting his reappointment. The reorganization of
the Board is to take place May 19, 1988. Commissioner Esparza made the motion
that the Commission foxward a letter to the City Council asking that Chairman
Litke be re�instated to the Board. Commissioner Joh�a seconded the motion. All
in favor. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to conduct the motion was made by Commissioner
Esparza and seconded by Commissioner Gilpen to adjourn. All in favor. Motion
carried. The next regular meeting is scheduled�for May 19, 1988.

SUBJECT: ELIGIBILITY LIST CERTIFICATION
The Personnel Department respectively requests the Board's certification
of the following eligibility lists: Public Works Inspector, Building
Maintenance Supervisor, Civil Engineering Assistant and Code Enforcement
Officer. A list containing the candidates' names and breakdown of scores
for each phase of testing is attached for your review,
