It is recommended that the Board'approve the attached
Warrant Register.
2. Ornamental Plaster Statue Reoort �
Mr. Smith has signed loan documents for the refinancing
of his orginial loan. His new loan term begins in May
and runs for 60 months.
3. Brochure �
Staff has requested bids from Shirely's Photography and �
Lynwood Press for design and printing of brochures. �
Staff was also notified by the Graphic Fact of their i
willingness to meet any price in order to do the LLDC
Brochu're job,

Await submission of cost estimates and make final
decision based on content and cost to LLDC. � ,

4. LLDC Membe•hip Breakfast Meeting •
Staff has prepared a mailer and press release informing
the Business Community and LLDC members of the May 10,
1988 meeting.
Staff will begin to make phone calls during the first
week of May as an additional reminder.
Recommendation
A program or Agenda for the meeting needs to be
formulated.
5. LLDC Loan Program Regulations
Staff has prepared an outline/draft of preliminary
regulations and policies for LLDC programs.
Recommendation
The Board Review and comment on these preliminary i
recommendations.
6. Report By Economic Development Cor oration Of �
Los Angeles County
David Rosenblatt, EDC Business Consultant, will provide
an 'update on EDC activities under this management �
assistance program. '
