THIS ADDENDUM is hereby entered into as of this _ 2004, by and between the Richmond Professional Firefighters, I al y of May,
International Association of Firefighters AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as 08 of the
"Firefighters") and the City of Richmond, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and
is made as an amendment to that certain "Professional Negotiation Agreement" dated the
22°d day of April, 2004, Contract No. 37-2004
The above referenced Professional Negotiation Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
1. Retiree Insurance Benefits — Article 28 — First paragraph shall be re -written to
read as follows:
"The City shall contribute toward the City's health insurance premiums of any retiree
who chooses to remain on City insurance as shovAin the schedule below and is subject to
the following terms and conditions: (revised from 2001-2003 contract year)"

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties, by their duly authorized representatives, execute
this Agreement as of the date first set forth above although signatures are affixed on the
