LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing by the Old King ' s Highway Regional Historic District
Commission will be held, in accordance with Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973 (as
amended) , at 1 : 30 P .M. on Thursday, November 21 , 2019 at the West Barnstable Fire
Station Meeting Room , 2160 Meetinghouse Way (Route # 149) , West Barnstable ,
Massachusetts .
The following matters will be heard and/or acted upon ;
Appeal No . 2019-9 filed by Robert Quinn seeking reversal of the Brewster Town
Committee ' s decision to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace roof and install
17 panel LG 335 watt solar system, with iron ridge racking and enphase micro inverters
to be located at 16 Dune Road, Brewster, Massachusetts and being identified as Town
Map 6 Lot 36 . The 1 Town Committee ' s decision was filed with the Brewster
Town Clerk on Monday, October 21 , 2019 . The Appeal Petition was filed with the
Regional Commission on Tuesday October 29 , 2019, and a copy is available for public
viewing at the Brewster Town Clerk ' s Office, 2198 Main Street, Brewster,
Massachusetts , during regular business hours .
Appeal No . 201940 filed by Shannon Parker, seeking annulment of the Sandwich Town
Committee ' s decision to grant to Brian Hebb a Certificate of Appropriateness in
Application No . 19442 for a dormer to be located at 253 Phillips Road, Sandwich,
Massachusetts identified on Town Map 97 as Lot 44 . The Sandwich Town Committee ' s
decision was filed with the Sandwich Town Clerk on Thursday , October 24, 2019 . The
Appeal Petition was filed with the Regional Commission on Monday, November 1 , 2019 ,
and a copy is available for public viewing at the Sandwich Town Clerk ' s Office , 145
Main Street, Sandwich, Massachusetts , during regular business hours .
