This, greement made in duplicate and entered intotthis
day of �, 193�, by and between the IOWA R BUILDING
COMP es Moines, Iowa, Fir t Party and the

�y WITNESSETH� � ��
1. For the sum of � •+(�•�y )Cents per gallon,
the First Party agrees o furnish to Second Party approximate-
ly /�� �0,,, o o gallons of No. I Special Road Oil,
delivered, heated,and s r ad w'th modern pressure machinery on
such .����e�� in , ., as are
designated by Second Party.
2. Second Part; agrees to pay the above mentioned price in
cash to First Party upon the delivery e.nd spreading of the ma-
rial called for in this contract. It is understood that the
freight charges on this material are to be paid by the Second
Party and deducted from payment made to First Party. If any
demurrages accrues, it is understood that party responsible for
said demurrage will pay same. Any demurrage caused by incle-
ment weather is to be paid equally by First a.nd Second Parties.
3. It is understood that the materi 1 called for in this con-
tract is to be shipped on or about-- !{ - -1a
As the price in this agreement includes f ight arges, it is
understood that same is based on present freigh rates, conse-
quently if the:^e is any change in the freight rate on this ma-
terial during the life of this contract, the price is to be
changed accordingly.
4. In case of inflation, the issue of fiat money, war, or
depreciation in purchasing value of United States Dollar, which
shall in the judgment of First Party require change in price,
-. it is understood First Party may advance the prices called
for in this contract accordingly, in which case Second Party
has the option of cancelling this agreement.
5. Neither Party shall be liable for breach of this contract
occasioned by causes beyond its control, and it is also under-
stood that this contract embodies the full understanding, is
not affected by any verbal agreements, and is only subject to
countermand as stated in Section 4.
