Public Hearing and Vote to on a Petition for a Grant of Location from NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a EVERSOURCE ENERGY to Install on Arsenal Street Easterly from MH2914, Thence Turning Southerly, Approximately 908 Feet East of School Street, a Distance of Approximately 139± Feet of Conduit. The Applicant Has Confirmed with DPW that if the Excavation Impacts the Existing Imprinted Crosswalk, the Imprinted Crosswalk Will Be Restored. Once Approved by the Town Council, a Street Opening Permit Issued by DPW Will Be Required to Perform the Work B. Public Hearing and Vote to on a Petition for a Grant of Location from NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a EVERSOURCE ENERGY to Install Approximately 47 Feet of Conduit in North Beacon Street, Easterly Starting from MH29974 Near the Intersection of Charles River Road. Any Excavation in the Adjacent Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) Right of Way Must Be Permitted Through DCR. The Reason for this Work is to Provide Electric Service at 300 North Beacon Street. Watertown. Once approved by the Town Council, a Street Opening Permit Issued by DPW Will Be Required to Perform the Work. Due to the Condition of the Existing Roadway, Roadway Mill and Overlay Restoration, Including Pavement Marking Restoration Shall Be Completed as Directed by DPW C. Public Hearing and Vote to on a Petition for a Grant of Location from NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a EVERSOURCE ENERGY to 2 of 4 Install on Arsenal Street Northerly from Pole#5/23,Near Talcott Avenue, a Distance of Approximately 5±Feet of Conduit. The Reason for this Work Is to Provide an Underground Service to 400 Arsenal Street. Once Approved by the Town Council, a Street Opening Permit Issued by DPW Will Be Required to Perform the Work. D. Public Hearing and Vote to on a Petition for a Grant of Location from RCN Telecom Services, LLC to Lay, Maintain and Operate Underground Conduits,with Cables to Be Placed Therein,Under the Surface of the Public Way on 485 Arsenal Street: Starting at Eversource MH#10455 on Arsenal Street, Trench and Install 25 Feet ± of 4-Inch Conduit in a Westerly Direction to the Existing Riser at Utility Pole #5/16. Once Approved by Town Council, a Street Opening Permit Issued by DPW Will Be Required to Perform the Work. Additionally, Applicant Shall Coordinate Directly with DCR with Respect to Any Impacts to Adjacent DCR Bicycle Path E. Public Hearing and Vote on a Proposed Ordinance to Modify Hours of Operation of the Administration Building and Senior Center 10. That the Town Council Adopt the 33 Conceptual Recommendations as Contained in the Committee Report 2. That the Town Council Recommend that the Town Manager Maintain the FY2022 Capital Spending so that It Does Not Exceed 8% of the Submitted FY2022 Operating Budget in Order to Meet the Town Council's Budget Policy Guideline that the Town Should Seek to Make Capital Expenditures (Including Debt and Exclusive of the School Building for the Future Initiative Funding and Enterprise Funds) Equal to at Least 7.5-8% of the Operating Budget B. Committees on Economic Development and Planning Report Regarding the Review of the Watertown Housing Plan with Recommendations - Kenneth M.
