SF!� :CIAL MEETING JULY 20, 1982 '
The Lynwood Inc'.u��ria1 Development Authority (.LIDA) met in
a special sessior: on July 20, i982, in the City 11330
Bullis Road, on above date at 10:18.p.m.
Director Thompson in the chair.
Directors Byork, Green, Rowe, Morris and Thompson answered
" the ro11 ca11.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney
McEwen. �
Director Thompsor. reported that the City has two Deputy
Treasurers, one being the Director of Personnel and the
other the Personnel Administrative Analyst. LIDA needs
to specify which deputy treasurer shall be designated
as treasurer of LIDA. It was moved by Director Morris,
seconded by Director Green, that the Personnel Director,
Sandy Chapek, be designated as Treasurer of LIDA.

Ayes: Director Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe, Thompson
Noes: None
Absent: .None
It was moved by Director Green, seconded by Director
Morris., and carried, that the meeting be adjourned until
the next regularly scheduled meeting.
