INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMEPIT AUTHORITY.
BACKGROUND:
On July 2, 1992 the Authority amended the Proposed By-Laws to read
as follotivs:
"The Treasurer of the Authority shall be such person as
may be designated by the Authority from time to time,
and the Deputy Treasurer of the Authority shall be the
Deputy Treasurer of the City". �
,4DIALYSIS/CONCLUSION
The City has Deputy Treasurers: the Director of Personnel and the
Personnel Adm�inistrative Analyst. The Authority needs to 1) specifiy
which of the City's Deputy Treasurers is to serve as the Deputy Treasurer of
the Authority,\and 2) designate a pex•son to serve as Treasurer of
the Authority.
