The Lynwood Information Inc. met in a regular session in the City
Ylall;. 11330 Bullis Road on the above date.
Chairman Henning in the chair.
Directors Byork, Morris, Wells and Henning answered the roll
call.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney 1'eager.
It was moved by Director D9orris, seconded by Director Wells
and carried that the Minutes of the Regular b9eeting of
October 7, 1986 be approved as written.
It was moved by Director Wells, seconded by Director D9orris
to authorize staff to enter into purchase order agreement
with Weiler Printing to have them print City Ne�,�sletter
"Lynwood Living" £or one year.

Noes: None
Absent: None
Director �Vells questioned iVarrant No. 1179 on the 14arrant Run.
Assistant to the City Manager Fraser explained that the item
was for video equipment purchased fron.Rogers Cable Systems
for the School District.

seconded by Director Morris and carried, to adjourn to

The L}�nwood Information Inc., met in a regular session in the
City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 7:45 p.m.
Chairman Wells in the chair.
Directors Henning, Morris, Richards answered roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Attorney Yeager.
It was moved by Director Henning, seconded by Director ltiells and
carried, that Director Byork be excused due to illness.
PAYMENT OF BILLS I
Resolution No. 86-13 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE LYn�lt'OOD �
IA INC. ALLOWING THE DEDIANDS AND ORDERING HiARRANT
DRAVJN THERFOR", was presented.
It was moved by Director Henning, seconded by Director Alorris
that the resolution be adoptad. �
