OMBUDSMAN TASK FORCE
Wednesday,June 20, 2018 4:00 pm—Skaket Room
Attending: Beverly Fuller(Chair), Mary Lyttle,John Kanaga, George Waugh, and Eileen Godin
• Call to Order—Presentation by Board of Selectman Chairman,Alan McClennen
• Introduction of Members
o Members introduced by Alan McClennen and Town Administrator John Kelly
• Review of Charge
o John Kelly reviewed the charge of the task force to the Committee Members
• Committee Organization
o A discussion was held.
o On motion and second Beverly Fuller was elected Chairman
o On motion and second Eileen Godin was elected Vice Chairman
o On motion and second John Kanaga was elected Clerk
• Meeting Schedule
o Meeting schedule was discussed and a second meeting was scheduled. No regular
meeting was voted upon.
• On Motion by John Kanaga and Second by Beverly Fuller the meeting was Adjourned.
