MEETING MINUTES
OMBUDSMAN TASK FORCE
Wednesday,June 27, 2018 4:30 pm—Skaket Room
Attending: Beverly Fuller(Chair), Mary Lyttle,John Kanaga, George Waugh, and Eileen Godin
• Call to Order—Meeting called to order by Chair Beverly Fuller.
• Discussion regarding contacting of entities.
o Each member selected a local town entity to contact.
o Mr. Waugh commented that it may be easier to have a set of questions to contact the
entities with.
o After discussion it was agreed to hold a future meeting to set a questionnaire to give to
people in town, including the entities previously discussed, at a future meeting.
• On Motion by John Kanaga and Second by Beverly Fuller the meeting was Adjourned.
