The result is that I do not have a chance to review them all; and many I do not see at all. In an attempt to fix this problem, I am asking you (the recipient of this email) to send all future emails to meo@commerce-group.com, which hopefully will solve the problem that I am confronted with. The Town has now spent at least 15 minutes on your request and to review these records for exempt or confidential information, the Town estimates that to fully respond to your request will require approximately one hour of administrative support at $41.48 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund. (One hour @ $41.48) = Deposit Due: $41.48 in cash or check Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your public records request in a reasonable amount of time.
