AUTHORIZING THir IQSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERNI
WHEREAS, application has been made and tire proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO for the 2011 -2012
License Tenn by the following:
MAGDI S. YANNI
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2011 -2012 License Tenn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Copncil of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Term to Magill Yanni.
Adopted this 17" day of November, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 18, 201 L.
