NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB RESOLVE TO ADOPT THE FEES FOR THE CITY OF MOAB RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND PARKS SHOWN AS EXHIBITS A, B, & C HERETO.
