A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE
UPDATE OF THE CITY'S WATER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN AND SANITARY
SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT/MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the Water System Master Plan needs to be updated to reflect
recent system improvements, operational and water quality testing changes; and
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Sewer Management/Master Plan as part of the State's
Sanitary System Overflow Program is required to be reviewed and revised.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approves the issuance
of a Request for Proposals for consulting services to update the Water System Master
Plan and update the Sanitary Sewer System Management/Master Plan.
Section 2. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5 day of July, 2011.
