DIRECTING TIIE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO
ST. ELIAS BY'ZAN~INE CATHOLIC CHURCH
WlIEREAS, application has been I)~ opelly made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Cartemt, New Jersey by St. Elias Byzantine '(~tho[ic ~mh
of the Borough of Cmtemt; and
WI1EREAS, it appears that tile applicant (s) is/ate qualified to be licensed and that tile
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WItEII. EAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that tile gaines will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
g. egulatlons.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough pf Cmte~et, that tlre Municipal Clelk is hereby authorized and
directed lo execute the endm semen! of the Maym and Council by issuing, upon prope~
p~esentation ofapplicatlon and Fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT IrUP, TIIEI*, RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
Forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46(}00,
Newalk, New Jersey 07102.
