AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27 MOAB CITY CODE 1965 AS
AMENDED RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
UTAH :
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB,
THAT Section 27-5-2 of the Ordinances of Moab City, 1965, as
amended, relating to the official zoning map of the City of Moab, be, and the
same is, hereby amended by the addition of the following:
"(c) The following described real property zoned R-4 is hereby
rezoned as R-2:
That tract of real property at the south end of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21
East, which lies south of and adjacent to Holiday Haven.
"(d) The following described real property zoned RA-1 is hereby
rezoned as R-2:
North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East."
PASSED by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City
Council of the City of Moab, Utah this 16th day of December, A. D., 1975.
