Present: Sarah Robinson , Paul Ruchinskas, Donna Kalinick, Tim Hackert, Maggie Spade -Aguilar, Jill
Scalise, Alexis Lanzilotta
Absent : Ben deRuyter, Madalyn Hillis- Dineen
1 . Call to Order : Ms . Kalinick called the meeting to order at 5 : 30pm .
2 . Millstone Property Community Engagement Meetings final details with guidance from Barrett
Planning : Ms . Kalinick said the Trust has not had a meeting since the first Community
Engagement and some of the format for tonight has changed . The Trust received the agenda for
the community engagement meeting and the report for the first session . Ms . Lanzilotta of
Barrett Planning explained to the Trust that the lego activity would be done on a map to scale
tonight and participants would be asked to place 45 units on the map . There will also be a visual
preference survey . Trust members were asked again to spread out in the room to different
tables to act as facilitators, but should also participate as they felt comfortable . There will also
be members from the Housing Partnership on hand this evening to assist and participate .
3 . Any other business not anticipated : Ms . Scalise brought to the Trust' s attention that the Town
has received notice of intent to sell on an existing SHI unit on Yankee Drive . The Select Board will
be asked to sign a letter of first refusal at their next meeting so the house can be marketed to an
eligible buyer . The resale price is on the high side and a buy down may be needed to make it
more affordable .
4 . Adjournment and attendance at 6pm Millstone Community Meeting, Engagement Session #2 :
Mr. Hackert moved adjournment to attend the Forum at 5 : 43pm , Ms . Robinson second . The
Trust voted unanimously in favor .
