An executive session of the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana and the
Board of Directors of the Richmond Redevelopment Commission will be held on
Monday, March 7, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room located on the Second

Floor of the Richmond City Building, 50 North 5 Street, Richmond, Indiana.
The general substance of the matter to be discussed and/or proposed is for interview and
negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or
commercial prospects by a local economic development organization (as defined in IC 5-
28-11-2(3) ), or a governing body of a political subdivision.
