Chairperson Sumrall called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of February 25, 2009 meeting minutes.
Mayor Cook moved, and Comm. Shapiro seconded the motion to approve the minutes.
Motion carried: 5-0.
3. Open Forum
a. None
4. Action Items
a. First Amendment to Grand Park Master Sign Plan
Katie Soles arrived.
TP Trotter handed out a spreadsheet comparing various towns' sign codes.
Meeting continued until a mutually agreed upon date or the next PC meeting April 22,
2009.
Comm. Naill moved, and Comm. Shapiro seconded the motion to continue the First
Amendment to Grand Park Master Sign Plan. Motion carried: 6-0.

Comm. Brent moved, and Comm. Shapiro seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
