AMENDED BUDGET AND DEPARTMENTAL TRANSFERS
FISCAL YEAR 1997/1998
WHEREAS, the City of Moab amends the 1997/1998 Fiscal Year
Budget and approves the department transfers within the following
funds for Fiscal Year 1997/1998 to increase and decrease as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the meeting
held January 27th 1998 be, and the same are, hereby ordered to show
the adoption of the amended department budgets and funds for the
fiscal year ending June 30th, 1998, as presented to the Mayor and City
Council
This resolution shall be effective, immediately, upon its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of Moab City Council this 27th day of January ,
