and sedimentation, wetlands, marshlands protection and shore protection ordinances and codes whether local, state or federal, including all
environmental laws and regulations when applicable, subsequent owners should be informed that any alterations to the property must be
approved by the issuance of another building permit. Permit holder agrees to hold the City of Tybee Island harmless on any construction
covered by this permit.
This permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the front of building and protected from the weather. If this permit is not posted work
will be stopped. The building contractor will replace curb paving and gutter broken during construction. This permit will be voided unless
work has begun within six months of the date of issuance.

Rivers End Campground & RV Park Existing Ornamental Aluminum Pool Gate
Dear Mr. Shook,
Savannah Fence & Entry Systems, Inc., is pleased to quote the following:
(Please refer to the accompanying drawings.) At the existing self - closing pedestrian Pool Gate, we will:
• Supply & install one 1200# holding force magnetic gate lock kit to include magnetic lock and all installation &
mounting brackets, post shims, and hardware necessary for surface installation to the existing' latch' post
• Supply & install one adjustable latch plate to the existing swing gate upright
• Supply & install one transformer & control box on the inside of the gate to the wooden fence perpendicular to
the gate on the hinge post side of the gate. Includes space for up to four plug -in transformers.
• Supply & install one post- mounted keypad with 1000 - memory, metal vandal- resistant keypad and
programmable time zones (to restrict some access codes to certain times) outside of the gate
• Supply & install one Push -to- Release Push Button in Weatherproof Enclosure on the inside of the gate on an
existing wooden fence post in the wooden fence perpendicular to the gate on the hinge post side of the gate.
YOU will supply, at your expense:
• A dedicated 120V AC electrical circuit to the Transformer /Control Box
• One conduit w /pull wire between the Exit Push Button and the Transformer /Control Box
• One conduit w /pull wire between the Entry keypad and the Transformer /Control Box
• • One conduit w /pull wire between the Magnetic Lock and the Transformer /Control Box
• All signage, etc.
Operation:
• Gate will be held magnetically closed as long as power is present
• Pushing the Exit Push Button on the inside of the gate will release the magnetic lock to allow opening of the
gate
• Entering a valid entry code into the Digital Keypad on the outside of the gate will release the magnetic lock to
allow opening of the gate
Price for the above Magnetically Locked, Keypad/Push Button Released Pool Gate Update is $ 2,880.00
