Specialist VI COMMISSIONER ORALS ' VII ' ADJOURNMENT Regular meeting — June 17, 2004 j CITY OF LYNWOOD � REGULAR MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD ' . ,,.,.: THURSDAY, APRIL 15, 2004 ,, .: The regular meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood, California was held on Thursday, March 18, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California. The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Lewis at 5:00 p.m. Roll call was taken by Gail L. Black, Personnel Officer. All commissioners were present. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Led by Commissioner Littlejohn. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The motion was made by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson and seconded by I Chairperson Littlejohn to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of March 18, 2004. All in favor. Motion carried. ' PUBLIC ORALS - None � STUDIES & REPORTS I The motion was made by Commissioner Littlejohn and seconded by i Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson to approve the eligibility list for the position of Deputy City Treasurer. All in favor. Motion carried. The board received and file Commissioner Johnston resignation letter. � Chairperson Lewis opened nomination for Vice-Chairperson. Commissioner Bradley nominated Commissioner Littlejohn for Vice-Chairperson and was ' seconded by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson. All in favor. Motion carried. ' COMMISSIONER ORALS � Commissioner Bradley thanked Ms. Black for the commission listing. I i Vice-Chairperson Littlejohn thanked the board for the confidence placed in her for the Vice-Chair position. ADJOURNMENT ' The motion was made by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson and seconded by Vice- ' Chairperson Littlejohn to adjoum to the regular meeting of May 20, 2004 at 5:10 ' p.m. The meeting adjourned at 5:18 p.m. !
