CITY OF LYNWOOD
REGULAR MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD
THURSDAY, JANUARY 15, 2004
The regular meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood, California
was held on Thursday, January 15, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of
Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California. The agenda was
duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Lewis at 5:03 p.m. Roll call was
taken by Roy Bufanda, Personnel Analyst III. All commissioners were present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Commissioner Littlejohn.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The motion was made by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson and seconded by
Commissioner Littlejohn to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
December 18, 2003. All in favor. Motion carried. '
PUBLIC ORALS — None '
STUDIES & REPORTS
The motion was made by Vice-Chairperson Johnston and seconded by �
Commissioner Littlejohn to approve the certification of the eligibility list for the
position of Code Enforcement Manager. All in favor. Motion carried. '
COMMISSIONER ORALS
The board commented on the commissioner pictures that were on display in the �
lobby area. They stated that Star, the photographer, did a wonderFul job and the
pictures looked great.
The board wished everyone a Happy New Year and gave their condolences to
Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson for the loss of her grandchild.
ADJOURNMENT
The motion was made by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson and seconded by Vice- !
Chairperson Johnston to adjourn to the regular meeting of February 19, 2004 at
5:00 p.m. Meeting adjoumed at 5:08 p.m.. ,
