The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Lewis at 5:06 p.m. Roll call was taken by Gail L. Black, Personnel Officer. All commissioners were present. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE � i Led by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson. ' APPROVAL OF MINUTES The motion was made by Vice-Chairperson Johnston and seconded by � Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of � November 20, 2003. All in favor. Motion carried. ; i PUBLIC ORALS — None STUDIES & REPORTS � The motion was made by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson and seconded by , Commissioner Littlejohn to approve the certification of the eligibility lists for the positions of Civil Engineering Assistant, Building Inspector and Street ' Maintenance Supervisor. All in favor. Motion carried. ' The motion was made by Commissioner Gilpen-Grayson and seconded by ' Commissioner Littlejohn to approve the request to merge the eligibility list for the � position of Neighborhood Preservation Specialist. All in favor. Motion carried. i i COMMISSIONER ORALS Vice-Chairperson Johnston, Commissioner Littlejohn and Chairperson Lewis thanked the City for the holiday commissioner's party. They stated that they enjoyed the dinner and had a wonderful time.
