Present : Mary , Haynes , Laurel Labdon , Denise Rego (alternate )
Absent . Cindy Bingham ( Select Board liaison ) and Joan Carstan jen
1 , Come to order : Denise called the meeting to order at 2 ; 20 pm at the
Brewster Council on Aging building .
2 . Secretary' s Report : It was moved , seconded and unanimously voted to approve
the minutes of the May 10 , 2019 committee meeting .
3 . Elect a new chairperson . Laurel Labdon volunteered to be the chairperson . It
was moved , seconded and unanimously voted to approve.
4 , Elect a new secretary : Mary wasn't interested in becoming the secretary , so
there was no vote ,
5 . Old/New Business : We will not meet in October . Our task is to try to find 2
appropriate , interested candidates who live in Brewster to be on our committee .
Posters will be place at the COA , Wells Court and Frederick Court ,
6 . Other business not anticipated by the chair : None
Next meeting : November 15 , 2019 at 2pm at the Brewster Police Facility
The meeting was adjourned at 2 . 40 pm .
