19 - 37 19 Muskrat Lane LLC, ( Represented by Attorney Benjamin E . Zehnder), 19 Muskrat Lane, MAP 103 LOT 09, in
the RM zoning district. The applicant seeks an Appeal of the Building Commissioners decision that a boat storage shed ,
kayak rack and roll -out boardwalk are not permissible uses on the property in the RM zoning district . Under MGL 40A, s8 +
15 and Brewster Zoning Bylaw 179 6 - D(4) .
19 - 38 Vernon Smith ( Brewster Fish House), 2208 Main Street, MAP 68 LOT 1264792, in RM zoning district. The
applicant seeks a Special Permit under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw 179 . 25 b to enclose existing patio areas in the front
of the building to facilitate year-round use .
19=39 Latham Centers Inc. ( Represented by TFMoran, Inc/Jeff Kevan), 1439 Main Street. MAP 48
LOT 61 in the RM zoning district. The applicant seeks a Special Permit and a Variance to construct additions to existing
buildings on the site as well as parking areas and other site improvements where the Latham Center is renovating and
expanding the existing facility to serve as administrative office space and an educational facility, including a gym and
