VII COMMISSIONER ORALS VIII ADJOURNMENT Regular meeting — February 17, 2005 Motion Second Vote CITY OF LYNWOOD REGULAR MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD THURSDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2004 The regular meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood, California was held on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California. The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act. CALL TO ORDER � Vice-Chairperson Quinonez called the meeting to order at 5:15. Roll call was taken by Gail L. Black, Personnel Officer. Chairperson Bradley was absent. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Led by Commissioner Villanueva. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The motion was made by Commissioner Battle and seconded by Commissioner Jingles to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of November 18, 2004 with the noted corrections. The following correction was noted under Reorganization: Commissioner Quinonez nominated Commissioner Battle for Vice-Chairperson and under Commissioner Orals: the second paragraph should read Commissioner Battle inquired about Robert Rules of Order followed during a meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. PUBLIC ORALS — None STUDIES & REPORTS - None COMMISSIONER ORALS Vice-Chairperson Quinonez passed out a sample of how she would like the agenda to be format. The changes will be to facilitate the agenda process and will also serve as a checked list for the board. Commissioner Battle agreed then a brief discussion took place. ADJOURNMENT The motion was made by Commissioner Jingles and seconded by Commissioner Battle to adjourn to the regular meeting of January 20, 2005 at 5:00 pm. The meeting adjourned at 5:34 pm.
