- force in the Village of McCall, Idaho, as revised, codified and
N < compiled and hereinafter set forth, be, and they are hereby 4 ,
adopted, passed, published and declared to be the compiled or-
,g • dinances of the Village of McCall, pursuant to Chapter 5, Title ,

,. . - 50 of the Idaho Code, as amended, empowering any city of the `
first or second class, or any village, to revise, codify and
compile its ordinances. {
Section 2. That this ordinance and all said ordinances
- of a general nature compiled and codified as above stated, 4
shall be in full force and effect upon the passage, approval, ,:.1' ,
and publication of this ordinance in one issue of the Payette
