AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO DOGS; AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF

ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION 5-4-30A THERETO PROVIDING FOR

PROCEDURE THEREFOR, MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO FAIL TO
REPORT AND/OR PAY SUCH FINES; AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:

ance, pay to the City Treasurer' s office in full satis-
