AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-2-9 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF McCALL, IDAHO, IMPOSING A FEE FOR TRANSFER OF A
LICENSE ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
2 OF TITLE IV OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 4-2-9 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
4-2-9: TRANSFER OF LICENSE—FEE: Application to trans-
fer any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall
be made to the City Clerk. Upon receipt of
such application the same investigation and determin-
ations with respect to the transferee as are required
by the original license holder shall be made and if
the Beard et Trustees City Council shall determine that
all of the conditions required of an original licensee
hereunder have been met by the proposed transferee,
then the license shall be endorsed over to the pro-
posed transferee by said licensee for the remainder of
the period for which such license has been issued and
the approval of the Beard of Trustees City Council
shall be endorsed thereon by the eha rman and Eleyk
of the Beard of Trustees Mayor and City Clerk. Each
application for a transfer of license shall be
a T ompanied by a transfer fee.o*
