AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSING THE INTENTION OF TP.E CITY OF
McCALL, IDAHO, TO EXCHANGE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR
OTHER REAL PROPERTY OF LIKE VALUE AND CHARACTER IN TL_E
SAME GENERAL AREA, [ +?ITE' ANY DIFFERENCE IN VALUE TO BE
PAID IN CASH, DECLARING THAT SUCH REAL PROPERTY OWNED
BY THE CITY IS NOT USED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES; DESCRIBING
SAID REAL PROPERTY; SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR SUCH
EXCHANGE; CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SUCH PROPOSED
EXCHANGE; ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE OF SUCH
HEARING; AND INVITING ALL INTERESTED PERSONS TO ATTEND
AND BE BEARD THEREAT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF TI -IF
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of McCall,
Idaho, intends to exchange certain real property hereinafter
described and owned by the City for real property of like
value and character and in the same general area, with any
difference in value to be paid in cash to the city at the
time of such trade, which real property is not now used for
public purposes and which real property owned by the City is
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 10, Township
18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap marking the section corner
common to Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Ic3.aho; thence South
0°01'40" West, 512.00 feet to the Southwest corner of
Lot 5, Block 2, Timberlost V according to the official
plat thereof on file in the Valley County Recorder's
office, Cascade, Idaho, the real point of beginning;
thence South 0°01'15" East, 501.86 fret to a point;
thence North 14°30'17" Fast, 518.32 feet to the South-
east corner of said Lot 5, Block 2; thence North 89°
58'20" West along the South boundary line of said Lot
5, 130.00 feet to the real point of beginning. Said
tract of land contains 0.749 acres more or less, subject
to easements of record or in use.
Section 2. The time and place for such proposed exchange
are as follows:
Thursday , the 6th day of November , 1980, at the
hour of A:00 P.M. of said day at the office of the
City Clerk in the McCall City Hall in the City of
McCall, Idaho.
Section 3. A public hearing shall be held by the City
Council at the McCall City Hall on the 6th day of October
1980, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day upon the
proposed exchange of real property set forth above at which
public hearing any and all interested persons are invited to
attend and be heard.
