AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING
TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES; REPEALING SECTION 8-4-2
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MCCALL, IDAHO, AND ENACTING
A NEW SECTION 8-4-2 TO PROVIDE SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
FOR USERS THEREOF LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF
MCCALL, IDAHO AND ESTABLISHING SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
FOR USERS OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS OF MCCALL, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 8-4-2 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 2. That Chapter 4 of Title 8 of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho is hereby amended by the addition
thereto of a new Section 8-4-2 to read as follows:
8-4-2(A): IN CITY SEWER CHARGES. The City shall charge
and all users within the City shall pay monthly
for sewer service the following rates, to -wit:
For each Class A use, seven dollars ($7.00)
per month.
For each Class B use, seven dollars ($7.00)
per month or sixty percent (60%) of the charges
for City water service, whichever is greater.
(B): OUT OF CITY SEWER CHARGES. Charges for sewer
services by all sewer service users situated
and located outside of the corporate limits of the City
and using sewer services from the City system, shall be
double the rates hereinabove set forth in this Chapter.
The formula for determining whether the user is residential
or commercial shall be the same as that set forth in Sec-
tion 8-4-1 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho.
