AN,ORDINANCE OF 'THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO ' RELATING .
TO DOGS;. AMENDING SECTIONS 5-4-2 AND 5-4-3 OF, THE
.VILLAGE CODE -OF McCALL,' IDAHO TO PROVIDE -FOR INCREASED
LICENSE.TAXES.; AMENDING SECTION 5-4=25 OF THE VILLAGE
..CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASED'IM-
POUNDING FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, ' IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
• Section 1. That Section 5-4-2 of the Village Code of
'.McCall•.,. Idaho be and the same hereby is amended to -read as
•follows:.
5-4-2: LICENSE; FEE; TERM: The.license for every male
dog•which:has.been neutered and - every female dog
which' has' been spayed shall: be - t? re'e-4ellars ....: -
*-G* five dollars .,($5.00)-:-and,for every female dog -
'not spayed -and for every male.dog not neutered ten dollars
($10.00) per year. No license 'tax shall -be paid: for less

Section 2., That.Sedtibn,5-4-3 of the Village Code of -
McCall', Idaho be, and the.same is hereby -amended to •read' as
follows: '
5-4-3: LICENSE; TAG: The owner or -person in charge of
any dog, male' or female, shall before the first'
day'of January of•each year; pay_to the Treasurer the
.sum of tkree-delays--($3-88}, five 'dollars ($5.00) for. -
each male dog which has been neutered and for every female
dog which has •been 'spayed, and ' the sum of ten dollars ($10.00)
,for any female ,dog, which .has not been spayed or, any male -
dog which has .not been neutered as.a license tax upon such
dog. In addition to.the fees stated, above each owner or
,person in'charge of any dog, male or female which has been
.neutered or spayed shall present_to the Clerk at the time
of payment -of the above stated license fee -for such dog,
the certificate of a licensed Doctor of.Veterinary Medicine
certifying that:such dog hasbeen in fact spayed or neutered.
.The Clerk shall furnish with each receipt a metal 'tag which
-.shall:be stamped,with the number t� correspond with the
number, -of -the receipt:and the fiscal year for which issued.
